Kata Dobás is a Research Fellow in the DigiPhil group at the Institute for Literary Studies, Research Centre for the Humanities, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). Within the group, she serves as the Managing Editor of the ITIdata semantic database. Her primary responsibilities include collecting metadata from literary studies projects conducted at the Institute, developing metadata specifications, entering and curating metadata, and coordinating related workflows.

Her research interests include semantic databases, the history of the press in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, and cult and memory studies.

As an ARP Ambassador, her goal is to represent and ensure the long-term preservation of the Institute for Literary Studies' research data within the ARP system, with particular emphasis on the data generated by the research project Digital Literary Memory in Central Europe. In addition, she aims to design an interdisciplinary research project and develop the corresponding metadata template.
