Zsófia Fellegi is a research assistant at the Institute for Literary Studies, Research Centre for the Humanities, where she works in the DigiPhil group. As a digital philology expert within the group, her responsibilities include developing specifications for markup-based transcriptions that form the basis of born-digital critical editions produced by collaborating research groups. She also coordinates related workflows and contributes to the development of a virtual research environment that supports scholarly work. Her research focuses on the theory and practice of digital philology, as well as the relationship between semantic web technologies and digital philology.

The DigiPhil group plays an active role in supporting the production of critical editions and database-building research projects carried out at the Institute. It contributes to the implementation of adequate digital infrastructure and to the development of data management and publication practices in line with the FAIR principles.
