Zsófia Fellegi is a research assistant at the DigiPhil group of the Institute of Literary Studies at the Research Center for Humanities. As the digital philology expert of the group, her responsibilities include developing the specifications for markup language transcriptions that serve as the basis for the born digital critical editions prepared by the collaborative research groups, coordinating workflows, and developing the virtual research environment to support research. Her research areas include the theory and practice of digital philology as well as examining the relationship between semantic web technology and digital philology. The DigiPhil group plays an active role in supporting the critical editions and database-building research conducted at the Institute, ensuring the digital technological conditions, and establishing data management and publishing practices that adhere to the FAIR principles.

As an ARP ambassador, Zsófia’s goal, beyond ensuring the long-term preservation of research data, is to enhance the visibility of the innovative research conducted at the Institute within and beyond the HUN-REN network. She believes that sharing research data with other institutions allows for connections that may induce new research directions and collaborations. Her other objective is to familiarize the institution's research groups with the ARP Data Repository and the process of repositing, thereby promoting the development of data-conscious research management.
