"The biggest challenge in my work is reaching out to researchers and gaining a deeper understanding of the various types of data and databases generated by different research fields and methods. The best part of my job is building personal relationships with researchers. And, of course, it’s especially rewarding when I receive feedback that my assistance has been helpful to them in their work."
