Anna is a sociologist, her main fields of interest being the history and sociology of science and critical archival research in the context of archives. Since 2021, she has been a collections management associate at the Research Documentation Centre (RDC) of the Center for Social Sciences (CSS). As a contributor to several data management-related projects, she has gained insights into the realm of research data repositories, including the domestic characteristics, and the dilemmas and challenges concerning the creation and daily operation of systems. Anna is particularly interested in specific cases of open science and the publication of research data, which require ethical and/or methodological consideration. Inspired by the democratizing efforts of the World Wide Web, she is keen to support initiatives that promote the widest possible access to research data, within the appropriate legal and research ethics framework.
