Since 2026, Szandra Kramarics has been working as a Data Steward within the ARP project, where she is primarily involved in supporting the various working groups and contributing to science communication activities. Her responsibilities include administrative tasks related to the ARP project, user support, as well as dissemination and communication activities. In addition, she contributes to the maintenance and development of the content of the ARP Portal and assists in the preparation and organization of ARP events.

She is a social policy researcher and completed her PhD at the Doctoral School of Sociology at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2025, with a dissertation on Hungarian family policy after 2010. Alongside her work on the ARP project, she is involved in the international European Research Council (ERC)-funded Welfare Experiences project, where she researches the experiences of people accessing welfare benefits and services.

She became familiar with the principles of Open Science, the FAIR principles, and the professional management of research data during her PhD studies, and these areas have remained particularly important to her ever since. In her work, she considers it important to promote good practices and raise awareness of these approaches more broadly, as well as to encourage the use of the ARP Data Repository.
