The ARP Ambassador Program III. ended on December 15, 2025, with the participation of three former ARP Ambassadors and two new ambassador candidates.

During the program, participants learned about the ARP infrastructure and services through a professional training and mentoring program organized by the Data Repository Platform, deposited a dataset in the ARP Data Repository, and actively supported the data steward of the ELTE Research Centre for the Humanities (ELTE HTK), working closely with him to develop documentation, guides, flowcharts, collections of recommendations, and other supporting materials related to research data management.

Bálint Szabó, data steward at ELTE HTK, played an active role in the program, coordinating some of the tasks. Once finalized, the completed materials will also be made available to HTK researchers.

All participants successfully fulfilled the program requirements and their own tasks. Zsófia Fellegi (Institute for Literary Studies), Tamás Scheibner (Institute of History), and Róbert Szederkényi (Institute of Archaeology) continued their work in support of ARP as former ambassadors, while János Bednárik (Institute of Ethnology) and Gábor Papp (Institute of Art History) joined the ARP Team as new ARP Ambassadors.
