Enikő Meiszterics has been the leader of ARP since 2024. In the first phase of the project, Enikő Meiszterics coordinated a comprehensive and detailed survey mapping user needs and, based on the survey, the design of data services and the development of data management practices of ARP. From 2024, she has been acting as the ARP project leader and continues to be responsible for the smooth operation of the system. Thus the collects and develops recommendations, designs and coordinates policies and ensures their effective integration into the ARP system.

After graduating from the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration, Enikő worked as Head of Research and then Research Director of the Marketing Center, the successor to the National Market Research Institute. In the meantime, she also founded the Market and Public Opinion Research Company M.Á.S.T., of which she was the owner and chief researcher. Both companies placed great emphasis on innovation. Commissioned by the Hungarian Energy Office, Marketing Center, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs, adapted the satisfaction survey of utility services in the national energy market. Later on, the survey was extended to other sectors as well and, based on the experience gained in the energy market, a satisfaction monitoring system of the customer services of all utility service providers was developed.

Enikő joined the RDC of CSS in 2014, where she is responsible for the management of collections. Lately, she has been involved in the development of CSS's research data management workflow and supports researchers in their daily work throughout the entire research data management process.
